Extra-Vehicular Activity (EVA) is what happens when a citizen chooses to travel outside the base. This requires that they put on an EVA suit from a suit locker in an airlock. Then, they must wait for the airlock to evacuate air (shown by horizontal bars on the airlock doors) before exiting into the vacuum of space.
Citizens on EVA have eight minutes of oxygen, and can fight, build, mine, and pass underneath the station.
