Tips
When on, it stops all citizens creating new tasks in that room, however they will travel through an evacuated room as normal, and will complete any currently active tasks inside the room. This includes tasks which are currently active and the citizen is travelling to the room.
Bartenders will remain within the Pub to finish serving patrons, until all tasks from all citizens in the Bar are completed.
